This puppy questionnaire is our first step in getting to know potential Good Life families. It’s not exhaustive, just touching on basic information so that we can have a deeper conversation or visit later on.

Please note: We do not ship puppies, so you must be willing to come to Michigan to pick up your puppy.

We are happy to provide you with references to current Good Life families upon request. Also, we encourage our potential puppy owners to ask questions of us. This interview process goes both ways! As much as we want our puppies to go to the very best homes, we also want our puppy buyers to be comfortable with us. We hope to be a friend and resource for the duration of your puppy’s life.
